- GL Series Fit Coming Soon!
You have a G7 or G8 carrier, wide vineyards in extreme conditions: this spray cell has been designed especially for you. Its implementation is quick and easy thanks to a monobloc frame / tank assembly, compact and ergonomic, promoting stability, safety and comfort during its use. The cleaning of the tank is efficient and simple, helped by a built-in rinse aid. The product to be sprayed follows a circuit designed and carefully optimized by our developers. You deposit the product in an induction sieve which will then pass through a low pressure filter. It circulates thanks to a 4-piston diaphragm pump with sufficient capacity for optimal feeding of the circuit and effective mixing. Then the arrival at the regulation and distribution ramp is carried out through a high-pressure filter. Control and distribution controls are easy thanks to the large VIEWmaster touchscreen in the cabin incorporating DPAE, end-of-row sequencing. Suitable for row widths from 1.80 to 3m, this spray cell in its shape, has a formidable efficiency in vineyards with high trellises. 4 turbines (650mm diameter with inverted air system avoiding any product recycling and debris aspiration) lined with stainless steel shutters supporting bi-jets and inclined at 30 ° to the rear promote the penetration of the product. A steady flow of air, directed horizontally is ensured by the vertical arches equipped with the system DX'PLUS and optimizes an excellent distribution on the vegetation.

What size tractor do I need?
Vineyards require specialized, narrow-profile tractors designed to maneuver tight row spacing without damaging vines. Standard row spacing often requires sub-50 to 80-horsepower tractors like the Fendt 200 V/F/P series or compact Kubotas.
-
Do I need a mechanical grape harvester?
Mechanical harvesters are excellent for large commercial operations because they significantly reduce labor costs and pick grapes much faster than manual crews. Smaller or premium vineyards often prefer hand-picking to prevent vine damage and allow for strict, cluster-by-cluster sorting.
-
What should I look for when choosing an orchard tractor?
When selecting an orchard tractor, consider factors such as row spacing, maneuverability, horsepower, attachments and the tasks the tractor will perform. Our team can help match your operation with the right equipment.
-
What tools are needed for canopy management and vine tying?
Essential tools for training vines include automated pre-pruners, tying tape tools (like the Max Taper) for securing canes upward without girdling, and wire-tensioning tools for trellising.
-
When should I rent instead of buying vineyard equipment?
Renting is typically best for seasonal or short-term operations like harvesting or heavy-duty tilling. If a machine (such as a daily-use vineyard tractor) is used year-round, buying or financing generally makes more financial sense.
